Product knowledge is broken into two categories, namely:

a) Immovable Property:

We have been involved in the successful negotiation and auction sale of both Commercial and Residential Properties. We recognize the need to represent the Properties in a manner, which is appealing to the prospective Purchasers. This ranges from cosmetic appeal for Residential Properties to rental return and investment opportunity for Commercial Properties.

We are members of the Estates Agents Board with all the necessary certificates and accreditation's. We conduct Trust Accounts to administer the funds received from the sale of properties.

b) Movable Assets
We are well equipped to successfully dispose of a wide range of Assets at the highest possible prices. The nature of our business dictates that we are involved in a number of different industries.

We are also contracted by numerous major companies to conduct "disposal sales" in the following categories:

• Information Technology Equipment
• Mechanical Horses, Trucks and Trailers
• Light and Heavy Engineering Equipment
• Outdoor and Leisure Gear including Boats, Bikes and Caravans
• Motor Vehicles.

c) Out of Hand Sales
In addition to conducting successful auction sales, we pride ourselves on our ability to sell assets out of hand.

By way of public auctions and out of hand sales we handled the disposal of the entire movable asset base of the Fedsure Group.
