INTRODUCTION

The union of skills and diverse expertise between Malcolm Plant andNorman Raley has resulted in the foundation of Faranani Auctioneers International (Pty) Limited. There is an equal shareholding between the founding Directors.

Our name translated means "Let's work together". The Company is structured to promote the growth and personal achievement of all its employees, regardless of race or gender.

Through the combined efforts of our motivated, capable staff, we are able to provide a professional and efficient service to our valued clients.

Our philosophy is simple: "We earn the right to be of service to our client base".

Our staff compliment consists of 13 members. Each person has been hand picked for the contribution that they make in their respective portfolios.

Our Head Office is in Johannesburg with a branch in Durban. It is our goal to open branches nationwide through rapid but controlled growth.

LETLAPA FARANANI AUCTIONEERS (PTY) LTD

As part of our ongoing empowerment program, we have in conjunction with the Letlapa Investment Group, formed a company called Letlapa Faranani (Pty) Ltd.

The company is 60% owned by Letlapa, and 40% by Faranani.
The management and infrastructure is a joint effort aimed at promoting black empowerment.
